Six-Limb Sparring is the fourth step within the Leth's Muay Thai Level System. In this class, you begin applying the techniques you have developed throughout the previous levels in a controlled sparring environment with a training partner.
Within this level, we work with different sparring rules each week. This means that every training session offers a new challenge. For example, one session may involve sparring with only the left boxing glove and right shin guard, while knees and elbows remain allowed according to standard rules, and clinching is always part of the training.
By constantly adapting to different situations, you develop greater awareness, control, and flexibility in your Muay Thai.
The focus is not on winning or hard sparring. The focus is on technical and responsible training.
You learn how to recognize situations, make the right decisions, and respond to your training partner with control. This builds confidence in your own abilities and creates a strong foundation for full Muay Thai sparring.
During every session, you are guided by a Kru who focuses on technique, safety, and personal development.

Sparring & Clinching, where all eight limbs and every aspect of Muay Thai come together.
At Leth's Muay Thai Gym, we believe that a skilled Muay Thai practitioner is developed step by step.
By training with different sparring rules and controlled limitations, you develop control, technique, and awareness without immediately moving into unrestricted sparring.
This allows every student to progress through the level system in a safe, structured, and technically responsible way.
Good Muay Thai does not begin with hard sparring.
Good Muay Thai begins with control.
