During this class techniques are practiced on each other. The focus here is entirely on technique and familiarization with defending, (counter-)attacking or controlling your partner. And like in dance class, we rotate partners, so you’re learning from different opponents with different levels. You train at approximately 60% of your maximum intensity. After all, it's about learning and not harming each other. Instead, we want you to focus on the playful aspects of the sport.
Bring your own boxing gloves, mouthguard and elbow- and shin protection for this class. For men a groin guard is recommended.
Participants of this class must first be approved by the Kru (instructor).
